With an extensive history in both sales and customer service as well as a degree in Computing Science, I bring with me a high level of professionalism and the ability to understand client needs. This allows me to deliver a sales experience that is both low pressure but high converting. I pride myself on my integrity and morality which play a huge part in the way I work.

Outside of work I am a proud family man as a husband to my wife Natasha and father to my one year old boy Rory. I am very passionate about music both in listening and creation, and also enjoy working on cars and being part of local car clubs.

My current role has me communicating with clients providing support, tuition and updates, and working with team members in different time zones (primarily USA) whilst still being able to work efficiently as a team.

Always learning

Working primarily in a tech space things are always evolving and it is my responsibility to ensure I stay on top of the latest software and how it works. Quite often clients will request software and services to be used that I am not familiar with at the time – meaning I need to learn with the deadlines in mind.

Individual worker

Working in a self-employed capacity I am responsible for my own time keeping, project management and taking initiative for when the team I work with are offline to ensure deadlines are still met.

Working under pressure

It is not uncommon for clients to change their minds part way through projects, as our projects are based around their ideas and products that may still be in production. Some changes can cause vast restructuring of the work I carry out for clients, whilst not changing any pending deadlines.
